If your tot is the crafty type, then this festival will be a dream come true. Over 100 hands-on workshops, demos, talks, master classes and performances will take place over this weekend festival where all ages can learn about the value of craftsmanship. Kids can learn how to do calligraffiti, woodwork, leaded glass panels, Japanese marbling, cut stone, make robots and create spoons out of copper or brass. The long lineup ensures that no matter what your kids are into, they’ll sure find something to spark their imagination while gaining new skills. Be sure to join in on the after party with refreshments and a live performance by Jennie Lena in the Industry City courtyard Sat June 3 6pm–10pm. All ages.

Not worth it! We were there from 12 to 4 pm. The site says 15,000 participants. Don't trust it. The space was almost empty, there were maybe 20 people inside, maximum. Looked like a scam. Just a couple of vendors/booths for such a big space. Had to buy tickets just to get access to the venue, and then once you are there you have to buy tickets to attend workshops!! It is definitely not up to the promise (to be polite). Not recommended at all.
