Everyone's favorite above-ground train track turned park is welcoming the warm weather with an exciting festival for New Yorkers of all ages. To kickstart summer, The High Line will offer exciting music, art, poetry performances, horticulture and hands-on projects for visitors to enjoy. Culture Shock for Families offers a bazaar, a jam session with Michael & The Rockness Monsters, among other activities. The event is free, but you'll need to register. The rain date is Apr 28.
