Day of the Dead

Mano a Mano, a nonprofit that promotes Mexican culture in the United States, is once again celebrating the Day of the Dead at St. Mark’s Church in-the-Bowery. Families will have the chance to join a dance procession and to build an altar made of flowers, candy and food, then adorn it with photos of departed loved ones. Afterward, kids can perfect the art of baking Day of the Dead bread. Ages 4 and up.
