When Deno's Wonder Wheel Park opens for the season, Coney Island officially comes alive. Enjoy the Brooklyn hotspot's games, rides and of course, strolls on the boardwalk (preferably with a Nathan's hotdog in hand). To kick off the park's 99th year, stop by the 10:30am blessing of the rides, and make sure to arrive early: The first 99 people to line up for the Wonder Wheel will score a free ride. Kiddies will enjoy a few perks, too. There will be free rides for 300 kids courtesy of Coney Island's Salt N Sea Mission. Don't miss out on this fun kickstart to summer.
