Time Out says

In this weeklong camp during spring break, children in grades 3 and 4 can learn about the human body with some true hand-on experience. Each day the kids will conduct gross, fun experiments, including dissecting a sheep's brain and cow's eye, to learn about how our bodies work. They'll come how with all sorts of interesting facts about how blood circulate and how food is digested—hopefully they'll leave some of the gory details out while you're eating dinner. Ages 8–10.
