Celebrate Brooklyn! kicks off another season of amazing music with a kid-friendly concert honoring author–illustrator Ezra Jack Keats, who championed urban settings and multiculturalism in his children's books. This time, artistic director Wynton Marsalis leads the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra as they play a repertoire curated just for the younger set, while as always during the break, Marsalis will read some of Keats' most beloved works. Be sure to arrive early to secure a spot; gates open at 3pm. All ages.
