Grade-schoolers put their green thumbs to work preparing soil beds, planting seeds, watering, weeding and harvesting in the park's Children's Garden. As they watch their garden grow, kids will also learn about composting, garden critters and plant life cycles. Preregistration required. Ages 6 to 11.
