"Impulse"

The Garment District is morphing into a playground this winter, and "Impluse's" charming features will make you feel like a kid again. On Broadway pedestrian plazas between 37th and 38th Sts, the exhibit will include 12 16–24–foot seesaws that are light and sound activated. And you thought the winter decorations were finished for the season! All ages.
