JCC Rooftop

The Jewish Community Center's 3,000-square-foot UWS rooftop playground is open to the public every Sunday in July. Nine stories above street level, you'll find a playhouse, jungle gym, seesaw, slice, cars and trikes—and reassuring security measures like ten-foot-tall glass enclosures and soft rubber flooring. Our favorite "safety" features, though, are the sparkling clean and convenient rooftop bathrooms.
