Jeff Chien-Hsing Liao's New York: Assembled Realities

Little New Yorkers will love seeing their world in a new light through this captivating exhibit. More than 40 large-scale panoramic photos by Taiwanese artist Jeff Chien-Hsing Liao depict iconic NYC landmarks—like Coney Island and the Flatiron Building—with brilliant color and fantastical perspective. Each photo is composed of multiple exposures taken over the course of several hours, resulting in dynamic images that could never be captured by a single shot (or the human eye alone). Head to the Museum of the City of New York on Nov 11th or 30th for Boroughrama, a hands-on collage-crafting program for kids and families inspired by the exhibit. All ages.
