Head to the Upper West Side (between W 77th and 81st Sts near the Museum of Natural History) on Thanksgiving Eve to watch as the balloons for the Turkey Day parade transform from piles of wilted fabric into floating giants for their big trek through midtown. An entrance is available at 73rd St and Columbus Ave and the exit is at W 81st St and Central Park West. All ages.
