If making it 'til midnight is a bit of a reach for your little ones, head to this daytime celebration at CMOM, complete with a ball drop, parade and dance party. In order to make sure the new year is filled with sparkle, tots will craft noisemakers and write their hopes and dreams for 2016. Ages 1–4.
