The first class is free at this Lower East Side studio, where Michael Goldstein (a.k.a. “Mestre Ombrinho”) and a team of instructors teach capoeira, a Brazilian martial art that incorporates self-defense, live music, acrobatics, dance and sport. Ages 4 to 12.
