Riverside Skate Jam

This UWS fest features the best in NYC skateboarders, including competitions for 'micro minis' (with prizes!). Wear your helmet and pads and get to the park for signup, starting at noon. The first competitors take to the ramps at 1pm. Not a pro boarder? There'll be open skating all day, as well as a live DJ and food and drinks for purchase, plus, the chance to enjoy one of the city's best skate parks, designed by the late Andy Kessler. Event held in the Skate Park at 108th St. Ages 7 and up.
