Birthday kids choose from a roller-skating (how retro!) or bouncy-castle party at the Staten Island rink. Both packages offer two hours of fun, a private room, pizza, unlimited beverages, invitations, paper goods, a balloon centerpiece, skates, and a host. Parents supply the cake and candles. All ages.
