Set Sail with Moana

Fans of the Disney animated film will enjoy watching its fearless heroine take on adventures as she sets sail across the Pacific Ocean in search of the demi-god Maui. The Museum of the Moving Image is pairing the daily 12:30pm screenings with the Heroic Odyssey Family Workshops during spring recess with Moana-related craft projects (11:30am-3:30pm daily). Kids will design their own ocean-inspired symbols and learn how to animate them, make origami canoes, and create a pendant like that one Moana wears in her journey across the sea. Ages 5 and up.
