Set your eyes to the sky! The Amateur Astronomers Association (AAA) invites families to a night of star searching at the historic Woodlawn Cemetery which has a large open area, perfect for viewing the night sky. AAA observers will set up telescopes for participants to use and they’ll be on hand to discuss telescopes, astronomical binoculars and solar observing equipment. Kids will use the 15–20 telescopes to stargaze and discover constellations and other celestial targets like the cloud bands of Jupiter and its moons. All ages.
