The brainchild of special effects artist Anthony Giordano, this New Jersey haunted house hosts a Not So Scary Matinee for kids on Sunday afternoons. Little ones can feel free to explore "Maim Street"—a haunted indoor thoroughfare outfitted with a creepy barber, butcher shop, pub, hotel and five-and-dime that reflect the attraction's retail surroundings—with the lights on and the promise that no monsters are waiting to startle them. Adults must be accompanied by a child during the matinee hours. Ages 8 and up.
