The Little Mermaid

Young theatergoers won't find an onstage rendition of the familiar cartoon; rather, Literally Alive's Michael Sgouros and Brenda Bell stuck closely to Hans Christian Andersen's original story while writing their new musical. The live performance features Vegas-style, blacklight number "Misunderstood," featuring evil diva the Fish Witch. A live percussion ensemble and eye-popping costumes spice the underwater tale up further. Come early for a pre-show arts workshop, which is included with the ticket price. All ages, recommended for ages 5 and up.
