Head to the Museum of the Moving Image during midwinter recess for daily 1pm screenings of Albert Lamorisse's classic French short, about a little boy who follows a stray balloon. At 2:15pm each day, older kids have the opportunity to create animation inspired by the film and set against backdrops that resemble their own NYC neighborhoods in a creative workshop. Screening ages 4 and up, workshop ages 6 and up.
