Kids can take their party sky high at the West Side Y, where the rooftop playground is available for birthday bashes. Parents have to supply all the food and paper goods, but it’s worth it for the outstanding views. Or keep your fete on the ground: The Y offers pool, sports, dance and drama parties; all have an instructional component followed by time for food and presents.
