Even if you've clocked more hours in the office than outdoors this summer, it's time to show all those CrossFit lovers that you've been training too—you just didn't realize it. Every hellish MTA journey, Citi Bike excursion and late-night dollar slice has been leading up to this moment.

The 5 Boro Pizza Challenge, a true test of prowess, calls upon your ability to eat New York pizza, navigate public transportation and, of course, hashtag. On September 23 at 11am, the metaphorical gun sounds and you're off to the races, hitting five designated pizza spots, one in each borough. Travel is permitted via bus, train, bike or à pied only: That means no cars, cabs, Ubers or Lyfts. Be sure to snap a pic with each slice and share them on Instagram with the hashtag #5boropizzachallenge before you clock in at the afterparty in Greenwich Village.

The event is a fundraiser for Transportation Alternatives, which strives to make the streets safer for walking and biking, so you can feel good about yourself when you register.
