The 8th annual New York City Wine & Food Festival may not be coming around until this fall (October 15 through 18, to be exact), but we're prepping already. That's because the fest is a three-day stretch of megawatt celebrity chefs, intimate dinners, wine pairings and tastings, and making a game plan to fit in every last bite is essential. A Dinner with Enrique Olvera & Jordi Roca
As part of the Bank of America series, Mexican powerhouse Enrique Olvera (Cosme, Mexico City's Pujol) will welcome Spanish pastry pro Jordi Roca into the Cosme kitchen for one night only, turning out innovative riffs on traditional Mexican and Spanish cooking. Guests will go home with a copy of Olvera's latest cookbook, Mexico from the Inside Out.
The Art of Sushi with Chef Daisuke Nakazawa at De Gustibus
