OddFellows will soon serve some Taylor's Olde Fashioned Soda Shoppe realness in Bushwick

Since first opening in 2013, the quirky Williamsburg and East Village favorite has made a name for itself with experimental ice cream, including the brioche-and-ice cream Oddpockets sandwich and flavors like scallion and tequila pineapple. Early next year, co-owners Sam Mason and Holiday and Mohan Kumar are taking their mad confectionary playground to the next level with a full-size factory and alcohol-friendly soda fountain.

You'll be able to tour the taste bud-defying flavor creations in the factory and see how prep, pasteurization and freezing goes down. Then, you can hit up the soda fountain for savory dishes like pretzel corndogs with Guiness Mustard, along with fancy sundaes in glassware and new ice cream experiments. The fountain will go adults-only at night, so that you can enjoy a glass of whiskey with your cone of neapolitan.

The whimsical new ice cream hub opens in Spring 2018. Start starving yourself now.
