Soft Swerve will be serving ice cream cupcakes starting Friday

When it comes to indulging one’s sweet tooth, it’s not always easy to decide on a treat. That’s why hybrid desserts are so great. Not sure whether you’re in the mood for a croissant or a donut? And, on Friday, LES soft serve favorite Soft Swerve will fulfill both ice cream and cupcake cravings in a single go with an enticing collaboration with Brooklyn Cupcake.

The dessert will feature a moist Coquito cupcake from the Williamsburg bakery, laced with coconut and sweetened condensed milk. The fluffy cake gets crowned with a swirl of Soft Swerve’s addictive, electric-purple ube ice cream. Christened the Coquito Swerve Cake, the $4.99 collaboration comes with one topping—like almond cookies or Fruity Pebbles—gratis.

It’s a treat you won’t want to miss.
