For the first time since its opening, Artemis will be open on Sunday to celebrate Mother’s Day. The special à la carte lunch menu features seasonal ingredients, and families can tuck into chef Arevalo’s sharing platters that comprise Adriana’s lasagna, Fadi whole organic chicken and Australian bone-in-wagyu striploin. Vegetarians aren’t left out either, with an equally wide selection of dishes such as citrus kale salad, graffiti eggplant soup and the beetroot gnocchi on the menu.
Capella Singapore
Capella Singapore offers a variety of pampering experiences that will allow your mother to celebrate her special day with elegance and style. From $680 per night, guests can enjoy complimentary daily breakfast at The Knolls restaurant, sip on two cocktails at Bob’s Bar and munch on its satay or tapas set. Birds of a Feather
From May 12 to 14, choose between two family sets that include an appetiser, salad, choice of main course and an exclusive Mother’s Day dessert at Birds of a Feather. The special dessert is reminiscent of chef Eugene’s childhood memories, featuring plum prepared in various ways such as charred Earl Grey tea-marinated plum, and a sour plum panna cotta.
Grand Hyatt Singapore
Come May 14, celebrate Mother’s Day at the Grand Hyatt Singapore. At Mezza9, mum can indulge in a seafood feast that consists of Alaskan king crabs, Spencer Gulf king prawns and Maine lobsters. For a taste of Italy, hop to Pete’s Place for rock salt-crusted sea bass and classic Italian breads. Relax at Oasis’ poolside venue, where its chef will whip up black onyx beef, beetroot and Norwegian salmon burgers. Lastly, 10 Scotts reaches out to tea-loving diners with its two-tier dessert stands that overflow with sweet treats and savoury specials such as truffled eggs and artisan cheese.
The Summerhouse Dining Room
Celebrate Mother’s Day – Kate Spade-style. The Summerhouse Dining Room collaborates with Kate Spade New York and Poppy Flora & Nature Studio to present a four-course brunch menu that reflects the fashion brand’s Moroccan-themed Spring 2017 collection. At $160 per pair of tickets, diners will also receive a special gift and a Kate Spade New York shopping voucher that is bundled with a personalised greeting card.
Zafferano
At Zafferano, chef Marco Guccio and his team want to honour mothers with a heart-shaped cake ($25). Comprising of a myriad of flavours, the cake is filled with white chocolate, semi-freddo, forest berry compote, vanilla sponge and raspberry glaze, and feeds between two to three diners. Luxury British perfumer, Penhaligon, will also join Zafferano on May 12 and 13 to present mothers with a special gift set that consists of fragrance samples from its classic collection and shopping privileges at Penhaligon’s boutiques.
The Kitchen Table
Treat your mama right by bringing her to The Kitchen Table for a lavish brunch buffet. Priced at $188 per adult (including free flow champagne, house wines and cocktails), this Mother’s Day extravaganza features an abundant selection of fresh seafood and grilled meats straight from the parrilla grill. You’ll even be granted complimentary access to the WET pool for a quick dip after brunch.

SPRMRKT has curated a comprehensive line-up of sweet delights, activities and gifts to commemorate Mother’s Day. SPRMRKT Kitchen & Bar will transform into a floral pop-up in which mum can customise a bespoke bouquet for herself or her loved ones. SPRMRKT (McCallum Street) and SPRMRKT Daily also offer a complimentary freshly blended wellness smoothie made with nutritional ingredients such as soy, milk, blueberries and honey when you spend a certain amount.
