Kinki has got one of the best front-row seats to the dazzling fireworks in Marina Bay and that goes undisputed. For New Year's Eve, they've prepared a four-course ($128) and six-course ($198) dinner to match. Tuck into the likes of lobster mentaiko cheese yaki, melt-in-your-mouth Wagyu beef miso eggplant, and of course, a wide variety of fresh seasonal sushi and sashimi. For those looking to paint the town red, the rooftop after-party will feature a live DJ on the deck where you can boogie down to slick tunes all the way till three in the morning.

  • Orchard

This New Year's Eve, the award-winning cocktail bar transports us to Studio 54 – the once-legendary Manhattan club frequented by the who’s who of high society in the 70s. Gallivant in the glitz and glamour of the special evening with live DJ sets, pouring champagne trolleys and butler-passed canapés for it is an evening not to be missed. Be sure to dress to the nines and don't forget your faux fur coats.

The Marina Bay firework display might be tabled for the year, but the gorgeous sunset views are enough reasons to head to Zafferano. On the last day of 2022, the Italian restaurant will run a four-course New Year’s Eve pre-countdown dinner ($188) that features lavish ingredients. Start with a Hokkaido scallop tartelette and oscietra caviar cauliflower, before moving on to mains of tortellini served with succulent langoustine, char-grilled sole fish, and A5 Miyazaki wagyu beef striploin with in-season chestnuts.

The best that the land and sea have to offer will be served as part of 2022’s final dinner. At Vue, they mean the best for real. Lavish in a six-course meal ($688) that is only available on December 31 and January 1 2023. The meal starts off with snacks of king crab and bluefin tuna and Oscietra caviar crowned Tarbouriech No.2 oysters. And the opulence is further amped up by siren red carabinero prawns, fleshy Dover sole, moreish duck breast and the Kumamoto A5 black Wagyu sirloin. Of course, the dinner comes with unbeatable views of the Marina Bay skyline, and the New Year light show.
