Disney Cruise Line is lighting up Marina Bay with three nights of spectacular fireworks this March – no theme park ticket required. This kicks off a spectacular two-month celebration ahead of the Disney Adventure cruise's maiden voyage from Singapore in March 2026

From March 13 to 15, 2026, you'll be treated to a magical Disney Cruise Line-inspired sky show. The explosive display traces a playful route through the Disney Adventure cruise’s seven themed areas – from Toy Story Place to Marvel Landing – all synced to songs you already know by heart. Expect familiar tunes like “When You Wish Upon A Star”, “Let It Go”, “Under the Sea” and “You’ve Got a Friend in Me”, plus a local twist woven in through Peranakan-inspired patterns, nautical details and a nod to the Vanda Miss Joaquim, our city’s national flower.

The fireworks will start at 8.30pm nightly and last for 10 minutes each time. The best part? It's designed to be visible for all around the Bay – so you don't have to fight for a single "best" viewing spot.

This celebration isn’t just a one-weekend stunt either. The fireworks are the showpiece of a two-month waterfront takeover called Adventure Begins: A Magical Bay Celebration with Disney Cruise Line, running from February 26 to April 30 2026.

Besides Marina Bay, seven locations – including Gardens by the Bay, Esplanade and One Fullerton – will be dotted with Disney-themed photo installations. Full details haven't been released yet, but expect backdrops tied to the ship's zones, such as the Moana-esque Wayfinder Bay and the Big Hero 6-inspired San Fransokyo Street.

If you’re a UOB customer, turn your stroll into a low-effort scavenger hunt, collecting limited-edition Disney Adventure medallions along the way. Spend at least $100 at participating venues (UOB Main Branch aside), and you’ll also land yourself in a lucky draw – with a three-night cruise on the Disney Adventure as the ultimate prize.

Time Out tip: If you’d rather skip the walking, you can get in on it straight from your phone instead. In March 2026, UOB’s TMRW app will launch a Disney Cruise Line game across Asean where you’ll be able to earn points and claim similar prizes.
