As with most popular international chains that set up shop in Singapore, Eat Pizza drew in huge crowds during the launch of its first outlet at PLQ mall last month with $1.99 deals on its pizza slices. The main draw: 25cm pizza slices made from scratch and prepared in as little as five minutes. Fans can now look forward to its second outlet at a more central location at 313@Somerset, which will be opening on February 24 with the same $1.99 promotion.

The pizza chain is South Korea’s largest with over 100 outlets, serving up long pizza slices designed to be held and eaten with one hand – ideal for time-strapped people on the go. The menu boasts over 10 variations of savoury and sweet flavours, including sweet potato ($6.50), crispy potato bacon ($6.90), and its house signature Hot Spicy Chicken Pizza ($7.90).

There will also be menu items exclusive to 313@Somerset – the triple cheese pizza ($6.90), which is made with a blend of Emmental and cream cheese, and deep fried glass noodle seaweed rolls ($4.90) also known as kimmari, a quintessential South Korean street snack.

For its grand opening at 11am on February 24, the triple cheese, potato bacon and pepperoni pizzas will be up for grabs at only $1.99 each. We recommend getting there early as the promotion is only applicable for the first 100 redemptions.
