Just last August, Australia’s beloved froyo spot, Yo-Chi, took Singapore’s froyo scene by storm when it opened its first outpost at Orchard Central. Eight months on, the queues are still snaking, showing no signs of slowing down. That’s where this good news comes in: Yo-Chi is officially planting its second Singapore outpost at The Star Vista from mid 2026.
If you somehow missed the hype train the first time around, Yo-Chi isn’t your average swirl situation. Hailing all the way from Melbourne with over 30 locations across Australia, the spot serves tangy frozen yoghurt with a self-serve bar that reads like a dessert buffet fever dream – fresh fruits, crunchy bits, brownies, and sauces that cascade with zero restraint. Half the fun is picking and choosing your favourite froyo flavours and toppings, though it’d be wise to hold back a little as prices are calculated by weight.
The Star Vista outlet will feature the same self-serve setup and expansive toppings spread that made the first location a hit. And to mark its opening, it’s giving three winners a $20 voucher and an adorable Bear Hug Charm. To participate, all you have to do is follow The Star Vista’s Facebook, like their post, drop your ultimate Yo-Chi creation in the comments, and tag the friend you’re about to drag into this dairy-fuelled spiral. Entries close April 7 2026, with winners announced a week later.
