While most indoor gyms and studios might be closed during this period of Heightened Alert, low-intensity workouts can still take place. Among which are yoga practices and pilates classes – lessons that can be safely conducted while still having a mask on. Of course, you’ll want to source for one that is as comfortable as possible; ones that are made with moisture-wicking fabric, and can allow you to breathe with ease.
