Empirical Spirits Inauguration party at Jacoby's

There's early adopters and then there's getting a sneaky advanced taste of the new sustainable cocktail bar from Matt Whiley, Re-, at Jacoby's. For one night only, Empirical Spirits is taking over the bar in Enmore and bringing their collection of hyper specialised flavoured spirits with them (their habanero spirit is called 'Fuck Trump and his Stupid Fucking Wall', for context). Armed with more flavours than a spice rack, Whiley, Evena Stroeve and Jake Down will mix up to five drinks designed for the new bar when it opens. Capacity is limited (35 people) so you can RSVP to secure a seat. Previews don't get more exclusive than this so if you love Sydney's bar scene, this is the takeover for you.
