It’s been described as having the soul of tequila, the complexity of gin and the versatility of vodka. Peruvian pisco has been around for 400 years, but many people are yet to discover the drink, which is why The Pisco People are hosting the Month of Pisco in July.
For the whole month you can order a Pisco Sour or any other pisco-based cocktail at the venues below and not only discover the delights of this unique spirit – you’ll also go into the draw to win a trip to Peru for two worth more than $6,500.
