Get bored with the same old routine? That's the problem that Class Pass aimed to solve when they launched their exercise class subscription where you got cut price access to a whole host of classes across the city per month.

Now the same model has been applied to your weekday lunch conundrum. For those who lack the time to bring their lunch from home, but also tire of the same lunches, let us introduce MealPal.

Membership means that lunch every weekday from a restaurant in the network will cost you $8 per meal or less. And the range is impressive – they currently have 100 restaurants in the Sydney CBD. The lunchtime staples are on there, like Belle's Hot Chicken, Chicken Confidential, Poku, Regiment, Fratelli Famous, Sumo Salad, Guzman Y Gomez, and Zeus Street Greek. The Naked Duck is on the line-up, as is the Cuban Place, the Gardens, Taste Baguette, Ella Blues, and Costi's Fish and Chips.

Each restaurant offers a meal special each day, which means you get 100 different lunches to choose from and at under $8 a pop your wallet and your belly are both winners, and how often does that really happen.
