Collective Roasting Solutions have introduced a café arm to the mix at their St Peters HQ. The coffee shop is being touted as 'the most inconsistent café', thanks to its ever rotating mixed of bean pros, ducking in and out of the shop. Each month CRS will host a different roaster, each experimenting with different coffee blends. While the focus is on coffee, you'll also find breakfast and lunch bento boxes and freshly baked pastries. It's also just a stone's throw from St Peters station, meaning you can get some of the best coffee from right across Sydney on your morning commute.
This complements what CRS do on a larger scale – the facility is a membership-based roastery, which hosts some of Sydney's best cafés to roast their own coffee, including the likes of Edition, Paramount Coffee Roasters, Skittle Lane and Harry’s Bondi.
