Start with buckwheat blinis topped with oscietra caviar, followed by a scallop risotto and finish off with Branzino pan roasted toothfish, baby fennel and lemon consommé. Enjoy glasses of Moet and Chandon 2008 or 2006 Grand Vintage or Dom Perignon Vintage 2006.
