Time Out says

The much-loved Korean diner stages a one-night-only comeback – and there'll be plenty of natty wine to go around

The closure of Korean fusion diner Moon Park left a hole in our hearts. But natural wine retailer P&V Wine and Liquor Merchants is set to plug it temporarily with a pop-up for one night only on May 24.

Co-chefs Eun Hee An and Ben Sears, who were behind the original Redfern eatery (as well as Paper Bird later) will be dishing up the best of Moon Park's dishes in this à la carte snackathon: think ddeokbokki, cucumber kimchi, Grandma's mussel pancakes, shrimp-brined fried chicken and crab bibimbap. Mike Bennie and the P&V team will be in charge of curating the drinks for the day, along with ex-Moon Parker Ned Brooks and his label, High Hopes Wine Co. Get in on the action at P&V's Paddington wineshop-bar hybrid space – the fairy-lit courtyard is well worth a peek.

Choose from one of two seatings, at 6pm or 7.30pm. Tickets cost $50 and will act as a deposit, which will be deducted from your final bill on the night. Book online
