Celebrate Taiwanese cuisine at the Shangri-La Hotel, Sydney

The Shangri-La Hotel, Sydney's Café Mix will continue to celebrate cuisines from across the globe, this time transporting you to Taiwan, from October 20-28. 

Guest chefs will be flown in from the Shangri-La’s Far Eastern Plaza Hotel Taipei to cook up a feast, showcasing the depth of flavour in Taiwanese food. Enjoy Gua Bao (steam pork buns), spicy, sizzling hotpots and oyster omelettes, all while sipping on a fruity bubble tea. There will also be a traditional Taiwanese dessert station, perfect for finishing your meal on a sweet note. 

Get a taste of Taiwan at lunch Monday through Sunday, and dinner, Sunday through Thursday for $55. You can also enjoy an extensive seafood buffet on Friday and Saturday evenings for $85 per person. Booking is recommended
