Justin North and Tom Deadman have worked together since Deadman's arrival in Australia from England, training underneath Justin at Becasse before working alongside him at the Hotel Centennial for three years.
The evening will celebrate the dynamic duo's career together with fine food and great wine, before Tom takes over the kitchen and adds a fresh direction to the menu. Guests will enjoy a four course menu with matched wines in the Hotel Centennial's Dining Room, plus the evening will be hosted by John Noble of the Champagne Bureau.
