Dear Pluto are matchmaking magicians – and this time they’re outdoing themselves with a speed dating event filled with cute pets.
Organiser Emma Daniels (who we’ve featured here) has buddied up with Sydney Dogs and Cats Home to create a daytime dating event for dog lovers. If you have a furry friend, sign up for the ballot on the Dear Pluto website and prepare to go on 20 snappy dates with 20 other puppy lovers.
Don’t have a pup? Not a problem. You can still sign up for the laneway dating event – as long as you’ve got plenty of time for cuddles with adorable four-legged-friends. It’ll be fun for them too as there will be free doggy treats, water and and dog minders from Centennial Bark.
For human dutch courage, there’ll be a pop up bar by Trolley'd and hot german pretzels to snack on.
There’s a strict capacity at the event, which is pitched at straight and bisexual 25-to-40 year olds. If you want to jump the queue, sign up as a mixed-sex group and go straight to the booking page. Tickets are $25 and 100 per cent of the profits go to Sydney Dogs and Cats Home.
