Chocolatiers Dave Ralph and Jin Sun Kim opened a second branch of their already successful William Street shop in the ever-evolving Kensington Street. Here they have a similar set-up with individual handmade chocolates for sale, from Champagne truffles and peanut butter triangles to sea salt caramel and wattleseed flavours. Plus, rich and creamy hot chocolates, ice-cream sandwiches in the height of summer and gift boxes starting at $5.
All of the chocolate is made with natural ingredients, and Ralph and Sun Kim are keen to share their wealth of knowledge in their chocolate-making workshops for adults and chocolate themed parties for kids.
