Former Rockpool pastry chef Anna Simamora turned her decades of food industry experience into an online business delivering locally produced foods to the dinner table. You can order many things from the Floury Baker, including whole cakes and tarts through to whole dinner services. Their three picnic delivery options are created from sustainably grown ingredients from within New South Wales. The Italian Feast picnic serves two-to-four people, including figs wrapped in prosciutto, poached prawns, goats cheese and leek tarts, jars of tira misu and cold pressed juices. Each hamper requires a deposit of $100 and $10 delivery fee, which brings the upfront cost of this one to $280. Hampers can be ordered daily and delivered to the inner city, Eastern and Northern suburbs and the Northern beaches. Each picnic includes a vintage picnic hamper, throw, plates, glasses, cutlery, plus pepper grinder and jars. Once these items are returned you receive your $100 deposit back. Order 48 hours in advance.
