Time Out says

Find your centre at yoga practice as the morning sun glistens over the harbour

As the city whirrs around us at increasing frantic speeds, Sydneysiders are seeking out more ways to create an island of calm, for a moment at least, by taking part in the city’s best yoga practice. And with mindfulness on our minds, we’re seeing more quirky yoga iterations popping, like hot yoga, yoga raves and the popular practice with a view, Sunrise on the Steps.

Now, you can perfect your downward dog and let your mind drift during shavasana while you enjoy more great vistas with Zen Sessions at the Pullman on Sydney Harbour. These morning yoga classes run every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and are open to yogis of all abilities, with each practice focusing on overall wellbeing.

You can drop in for a stretch with fab views of Sydney Harbour and the mighty Coathanger for $30, or sign up for ten classes at $25 a piece and enjoy your first session for free. Zen Sessions run for one-hour, from 7am (Mon, Fri) and 8am (Wed).
