[title]Australia’s most prestigious Shakespearean company has three shows across Sydney in 2018: Antony and Cleopatra, Julius Caesar and The Misanthrope, with Bell Shakespeare.
Founded by actor and director John Bell in 1990, Bell Shakespeare made its reputation with productions of Shakespeare that looked and sounded contemporary (though in 2016, artistic director Peter Evans broke with tradition a little to present a period-appropriate production of Romeo and Juliet).
Tickets are on sale now for all of Bell Shakespeare's 2018 Sydney shows.
