Then you’ll be familiar with the names and faces behind the World’s 50 Best Restaurants, such as Massimo Bottura from the current best restaurant in the world, Osteria Francescana in Modena, Italy. Bottura, along with Dominique Crenn from Atelier Crenn, San Francisco (World’s Best Female Chef 2016) and Brett Graham from the Ledbury, London (World’s #14 Restaurant 2016) will be joining our own superstar chef Peter Gilmore (Quay) on stage at the Opera House to talk about life at the top of the food and drink chain. Journalist and foodie Annabel Crabb will host the 90-minute show.
