Time Out says

The stars will assemble for this concert at Circular Quay

The Opera House forecourt and Circular Quay will be taken over by a star-studded concert under the Southern Cross for the evening of the public holiday on Tuesday, January 26.

Pop powerhouses Casey Donovan, Delta Goodrem and Dami Im lead the line-up of entertainers at Australia Day Live. The evening will start with an opening segment performed by First Nations pop sensation Mitch Tambo, music legend Iva Davies, and world-renowned didgeridoo player William Barton, which will look back at Circular Quay when it was known as Warrane. Tenor Lorenzo Rositano will also perform some classics, and musical theatre maverick Todd McKenney will be there with the cast of Shrek The Musical

Tickets to attend this event in person were snatched up quickly, with a limited number of free tickets being made available, with first priority going to frontline workers. Circular Quay will be closed to the public after 5pm on this day, so only those with a ticket or confirmed venue booking will be allowed in the precinct. However the whole thing will be streaming live on ABC TV and iView from 7.30-9.30pm. Find out more here.
