Marrickville pickling and preserving pros Cornersmith will be descending on Central Park Mall this Easter long weekend to host free Seasonal Quick Pickle workshops.
Taking place on Saturday April 15 and Sunday April 16, three sessions a day from 1pm, the 15-minute workshops will cover the basics for preserving veggies, which can be used on sandwiches, burgers, in salads, to top off your breakfast, or on anything really.
There will be three sessions per day, with each accommodating up to 20 people and workshops will be held on Central Park's Level One in the Workroom.
Places are limited, so make sure you register via Central Park Mall to secure your spot.
If successful you will have your place confirmed and also receive a sweet $10 Central Park Mall voucher on the day.
In addition, if you've got young ones with you this Easter, Central Park Mall will be making it a bit easier by offering a free kids' meal with any full priced adult meal purchased between 6-8pm until Sunday April 23.
