As part of Sydney Festival's Parramatta program, you can swing through the air at Prince Alfred Square in a two-hour trapeze workshop this January.
Swingers can harness up and practice low-level turns before climbing up a taller rig to try aerial tricks and twirls. Anyone under 18 (minimum age is six years old) must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the workshop.
You’ll learn to swing, flip and hopefully catch the hands of another person mid-air.
