Icebergs Bar x Black Pearl

A slice of Fitzroy will be coming to Bondi when the team from Black Pearl take over the tins at Icebergs Dining Room and Bar. The Brunswick Street bar has taken out a host of awards at the Time Out Melbourne Bar Awards across the years, thanks to their excellent cocktail list. They'll be bringing Brunswick Street vibes with them and a menu that previews the bar's latest tipples. Maybe you fancy the London Lido with gin, aloe vera, vanilla and chilli? Or the Mind Your Own with tequila, beeswax and honey, vermouth, and chocolate? IDRB chef Monty Koludrovic will be on snack duty, so there will be crumbed olives and truffled pork rotolo to go with your drinks. The pop-up is brought to you by World Class, and is the second of five bar swaps they're hosting among some of Australia's best bars.
