With its buzzy atmosphere, loud music and punchy cocktails, every night at Chin Chin feels like a party, but come December 31 they’ll be amping things up even further as they host their first New Year’s Eve bash.
Given the ridiculously popular Thai eatery doesn’t normally take bookings for groups under six, this is a rare chance to beat the queues and dine hassle-free at the most anticipated opening in Sydney this year.
For $125, you’ll be treated to a glass of Veuve Clicquot on arrival followed by a shared banquet cooked with Chin Chin’s signature big flavours and biting spices. Make your way through a summery cocktail list created by PS40’s Michael Chiem as DJ Shan Frenzie soundtracks the party as it kicks on until 1am.
